Questions before you book

Do you only work with aesthetic clinics?

Yes. I work with aesthetic and cosmetic clinics across Australia: injectable clinics, skin and device clinics, and cosmetic and surgical practices. That focus means I know the treatments, the patients and the rules. If you run a product brand or an online shop, I’m probably not the right fit at the moment.

Do you work with surgical practices?

Yes. Cosmetic and plastic surgery practices sit under the strictest advertising rules, with surgery-specific requirements on top of the general ones. I check everything against those too.

How does compliance checking work?

Every post, caption and email is checked against current TGA and AHPRA advertising rules before it goes live. That covers things like prescription product names, testimonials, urgency language and consultation-led calls to action. I also check the latest guidance every week, so the rules stay current. This is general information, not legal advice.

Do I need to be on camera?

Not necessarily. Patients book people they trust, so many clinics like to show their face, and I’ll help you feel at ease on content day. If you’d rather stay off camera, we can build content around your rooms, your team and your voice.

What happens on the discovery call?

It’s a free call of about 20 minutes, and you do most of the talking. I ask about your clinic, your patients and where the marketing feels stuck. There’s no pressure, and you’ll leave with a clearer picture either way. If it’s a fit, I send a proposal within a week.

How long before I see results?

It depends on where you’re starting. Content and email tend to build over the first few months, and search takes longer, which is why I suggest six months for search work. I don’t promise specific results. I share plain numbers in a monthly review, so you can see what’s moving.

How much does it cost?

Every package starts with a conversation, so I can recommend what suits your clinic. Pricing comes in your proposal within a week of our call.

Am I locked in?

There’s a three-month minimum, then it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice.
